About me.

My passion is to help you be heard. I approach all marketing projects by listening closely to you because I want to understand your goals, your mission, and the ethos of your organization. This helps me plan a strategy and build a marketing plan that is grounded in your values. In short, I want your ethos to echo throughout your event, story, or brochure.

My professional journey began nearly two decades ago as a historian working in secondary and higher education. Over the years, I have worked in running and SCUBA diving stores, managed the front desk of an esthetician’s office, worked with wildlife rehabilitators, and coordinated athletic events. Serving as a head track and field coach while teaching middle school led to coaching full-time and running my own business, which sparked my interest in marketing.

I went on to complete my Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications and led marketing teams for non-profits in the mental health and performing arts. To gain an even deeper understanding of managing an organization beyond the marketing department, I returned to school and earned my MBA.

My education and experience, combined with my passion for creating memorable events and values-based messaging, fuel my passion to serve non-profits and small businesses.
